We are a manufacturer of analytical instruments and currently focus on the development, manufacturing, and sales of Thermal Desorption Spectrometers (TDS).
TDS is a mass spectrometer that evaluates surface impurities and analyzes the composition of materials by monitoring gases emitted from material surfaces through heating and temperature ramping in an ultra-high vacuum environment. It is currently used in various fields—including semiconductors, liquid crystals, organic EL, electronics, steel, automotive, and ceramics—for material research, evaluation during manufacturing processes, and quality control.
In particular, our TDS system is highly regarded both domestically and internationally because it can heat only the sample, resulting in low background noise and enabling highly sensitive analysis of low-mass molecules such as hydrogen, water, and oxygen, which are considered extremely difficult to analyze.
Furthermore, utilizing our proprietary gas desorption quantification program, we undertake analytical services for research institutions and companies, providing extensive support for research and quality control.
