Denshi Kagaku Co., Ltd. was founded in July 1978 as a manufacturer of small-scale mass spectrometers.
Since then, guided by our management philosophy—“To contribute to your technological and product development by creating and providing products applicable to various fields, including technological innovation in advanced analytical techniques, the consolidation of knowledge, the pursuit of high added value, and the conservation of global resources and the environment”—we have expanded our business from our initial wafer outgassing analyzers for the semiconductor industry to provide TDS solutions to a wide range of industrial sectors both domestically and internationally, including semiconductors, LCDs, OLEDs, electronics, steel, automotive, and ceramics.
We have now joined the J-Tec Corporation group, a fellow manufacturing company. This move will not only expand sales of our TDS systems and improve manufacturing efficiency but also enable us to create new products by combining our expertise in “vacuum, thermal, and mass analysis” with J-Tec Corporation’s strengths in “automation, nano-measurement, and nano-processing.” Through these synergies, we aim to contribute even more broadly to society.
