Contract Analysis Overview
STEP 1: Inquiry and Quote
First, please provide us with the purpose of the analysis, sample information (material, color, shape), and desired heating conditions for the measurement.
After reviewing the details, we will provide you with a quote.

STEP 2: Place Your Order
Once you have approved the quote, please place your official order.
We will promptly notify you of the scheduled measurement date. (Estimated turnaround time: approx. 1 month)

STEP 3: Shipping Your Sample
Please ship your sample so that it arrives at our facility “no later than the day before” the scheduled measurement date.
*To prevent loss of samples and to track delivery status, please ensure you ship via a method that allows package tracking, such as “parcel delivery.” (Please do not send via regular mail.)

*To address measurement anomalies and ensure data quality, please provide at least one backup sample of each type if possible.

STEP 4: Analysis Results Report and Sample Return
We will send you the results approximately one week after the analysis is complete.
We will promptly return the samples we received after the analysis is complete.
