We primarily develop and manufacture thermal desorption spectroscopy (TDS) systems—also known as temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) in surface science—for materials evaluation, integrating mass spectrometry, high-vacuum engineering, precise temperature control, and gas analysis. ESCO, Ltd. systems enable precise detection of hydrogen, water, and other desorbed species under ultra-high vacuum across electronic materials and thin films, as well as metals, ceramics, and polymers.
